Main features that characterise the “minimal windows“ concept:
The basic properties: • Highest product quality in conjunction with the latest technology based on 30 years of experience in aluminium construction • Substantial reduction of the use of the aluminium proportion taking into consideration and fulfilling the International standards pertaining to insulation and thermal properties as well as safety and static qualities. • Cooperation with highly qualified, German partner companies, of which each is a professional company in its respective field (rollers, stainless steel rod, locking systems, etc.)

The product concept: • Most slender profiles and large-surface insulated glass panes– the maximum viewing width of the coupling profiles is only 21mm • Ground level installation inside and out is possible using a special drainage profile • Stable aluminium profiles with sufficiently thick walls. • 3 different static posts • Thermal separation for all running rails, e.g. 2 thermal interruptions for one fixed sliding window • Optionally: Manual lock or electromechanical safety lock for sliding elements possible • Motorised opening and closing of the sliding elements via hand transmitter in processing • The coupling profile between the fixed and sliding window is characterised by highest stability due to the use of a specially developed aluminium profile as a suitable, chamfered hard plastic filling with integrated neoprene rubber lip seal instead of the normally usual brush seals. By means of this, sufficient wind load resistance and optimum driving rain tightness and air impermeability are achieved. 4 different coupling profile options are available, depending on local requirements with regard to the size of the frames and the wind load • Extremely low difference in height between the guide rail level and 0 level, as the roller carriage system (patent applied for) has been integrated in the edge of the glass unit • Particularly stable roller carriage guide rail made from high-quality stainless steel. The sliding elements move silently due to the combined use of top quality rollers on a stainless steel rod • The same thermally separated corner post can not only be used for the single-sided corner opening but also for the total corner opening. In the case of single-sided opening, this profile is integrated in the fixed frame element. In the case of dual-sided, total opening, this profile is mounted on one of the two moving sliding leafs. The view of both sides is completely symmetrical; 100 percent thermal separation is ensured. • A high-quality plastic basic profile for optimum thermal separation, solely designed for the concept, equipped with cut-in drainage channels for drainage of the “minimal window” system • An assembly-friendly mounting concept, particularly suitable for large-area, heavy panes, achieved by detachable outer ceiling profiles. • Glass thicknesses of 30 or 34 mm, glass areas of up to 8m² for sliding windows and up to 10m² for fixed windows. The use of laminated or tempered safety glass is possible depending on the required glass thickness.
